We all love spring...

We don't all love the coughing, sneezing, and runny noses that frequently accompany spring and fall due to seasonal allergies. I don't know about you, but I never seemed to have a problem with allergies growing up. However, Atlanta has more things blooming than my body knows how to handle. Over the last few years, I have developed springtime seasonal allergies. I am not even exactly sure what the offenders are because there are too many things blooming to do it, and I haven't taken the time to go and get an allergy test because I can still handle it on my own.

Wait... what? I'm handling my seasonal allergies on my own? How?! Well, just keep reading.

You can adjust sinuses!?

This is an illustration of your frontal and ethmoidal sinuses. It doesn't include your maxillary sinuses, but those are just under her fingers on the side of her face. These three resonant chambers in your face are some of the biggest offenders when it comes to seasonal allergy discomfort. If you're stopped up or if you're nose is constantly running, I can give you an adjustment for your sinuses the next time you're in the office.

Sinus adjustments often provide near-instant relief of pressure and pain from stopped up sinuses. They also promote healthy drainage and can relieve other associated symptoms associated with allergies like headaches, watery eyes, and even jaw pain.

Do you want to know the best part? I will include a sinus adjustment with every type of visit during allergy season, and I won't even charge you for it. That's right! Free sinus adjustments with every paid visit!

Yours in health,

Dr. William
